Repeat prescriptions

Please nominate where you would like to collect your prescription if you live less than a mile away from a pharmacy. Find a Pharmacy.

East Lindsey Medical Group is a dispensing practice. If you live more than 1 mile away from a pharmacy, you will automatically be registered with our Dispensary. You will need to select your dispensing branch – Newmarket (Louth) or The Wolds (Tetford).

To order a repeat prescription

  • Use your account on the SystmOnline website
  • Use your Log in – NHS App Online (service.nhs.uk)
  • Use our automated telephone system Patient Partner 24/7 01507 603121 option 1. You will need a PIN to use this service which you can request from the practice.

Prescription delivery service

House bound patients, with no family or friends who are able to collect prescriptions on their behalf, may be eligible to have their medication delivered.

We need a signature on delivery.

Electronic prescriptions service (EPS)

If you get regular prescriptions or are already using a prescription collection service (where a pharmacy collects prescriptions from your GP practice for you) then choosing a pharmacy to dispense all your prescriptions may save you time by avoiding unnecessary trips to your GP.

You will still order your repeat prescriptions in the same way as you do now, but your prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy or dispenser of your choice.

You will not have to collect a paper repeat prescription from your GP practice.
